Dave’s Home Services of North Webster completed the installation of two new furnaces and two new air conditioning units at Milford Public Library on August 28. The work took place August 26–28 and included replacing the original lower-level units installed during the library’s 1995 renovation and addition.

The aging units were past their expected lifespan and beginning to show signs of failure. The new equipment will help keep the library comfortable and operating safely for years to come.

“We are grateful to the team at Dave’s for partnering with us to update these key mechanical units to keep our building safe and comfortable for another generation,” said Library Director Karl Stutzman.
